This site is about you, those suffering with Colitis and its many forms. Therefore, all of my personal experiences/observations are limited to one page, "Observations". First diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 1999 I have years of experience of dealing with Ulcerative Colitis. I have condensed my experiences (along with suggestions) onto this one page. The vast majority of the site is information from other sources.

Yes, I am aware that colitis, or ulcerative colitis is generally not capitalized. To anyone suffering with Colitis or Ulcerative Colitis every letter should be capitalized. I defer to those suffering from the diseases not those writing about it.
